James A. Donahue
Chief Executive Officer, President and Director
James A. Donahue joined Cohu's Delta Design subsidiary in 1978 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc. since June 2000. Mr. Donahue was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Cohu from October, 1999 to June, 2000, President of the Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from May 1998 to October 1999 and President of Delta Design since 1983. Mr. Donahue is also a director of Standard Microsystems Corporation.
Mr. Donahue has a BA degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Boston University.

Jeffrey D. Jones
Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey D. Jones, joined Delta Design in July 2005 as Vice President Finance and Controller. In November, 2007, Mr. Jones was named Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Cohu. Prior to joining Delta Design, Mr. Jones, was a consultant from 2004 to June, 2005, and from 1998 to 2003, Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Group at SBS Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of embedded computer products.
Mr. Jones is a CPA and graduate of the University of Redlands.
